Sam Aarons, CPA

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant, holds an accounting degree from California State University, Long Beach, and has over eight years of experience specializing in taxation for high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities. He excels in delivering strategic tax guidance specifically tailored to assist business owners.

In addition to his professional skills, Sam brings a multicultural perspective to his work, being fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, enabling him to effectively engage with a diverse clientele. Outside of work, Sam is an avid dog lover, sharing his life with his beloved German Shepherd, Diego. He also cherishes spending quality time with his family and enjoys exploring various food at different restaurants.

Ike Song, Attorney At Law

Helping clients navigate through the tax code, Ike is dedicated in providing you a clear understanding of your choices. Ike will guide your business and family through the complexities of taxation. Ike is a tax consultant who holds a law degree and a master's in tax law from Loyola Law School, complemented by a master's and bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California.

Ike is also the founder of Sky Law, a tax boutique law firm based in Newport Beach, that focuses on providing corporate law, buy-sell agreements, litigation consulting, estate planning, and tax minimization strategies. His expertise extends to Research and Development (R&D) tax credits, where he assists clients in understanding and leveraging available opportunities within the bounds of the law.

On his days off, Ike enjoys visiting the UFC Gym and watching a movie accompanied by some good food, traveling with his wife, and bicycling with his son, Sky.
